As fans of the manga and the animed series, Fullmetal Alchemist has been popu;arfpr over an decade, which makes the live-action film that much more special because both will be ended soon.

Alchemy: the mystical power to alter the natural world; something between magic, art and science. When two brothers, Edward and Alphonse Elric, dabbled in this power to grant their dearest wish, one of them lost an arm and a leg…and the other became nothing but a soul locked into a body of living steel. Now Edward is an agent of the government, a slave of the military-alchemical complex, using his unique powers to obey orders…even to kill. Except his powers aren't unique. The world has been ravaged by the abuse of alchemy. And in pursuit of the ultimate alchemical treasure, the Philosopher's Stone, their enemies are even more ruthless than they are…

Equipped with cutting-edge weaponry and specialized troops, a private military organization named Mithril strives to extinguish the world's terrorism and all threats to peace on earth. The organization is powered by the "Whispered," individuals who possess intuitive knowledge and the remarkable ability to create powerful devices and machinery.

Seventeen-year-old Sousuke Sagara, a sergeant working for Mithril, has been assigned to protect Kaname Chidori, a Whispered candidate. He is ordered to join her high school class and be as close to her as possible to prevent her from falling into enemy hands—that is, if he can safely blend in with their fellow classmates without revealing his true identity.

Sousuke, who was raised on a battlefield and has very little knowledge of an average high school student's lifestyle, must adapt to a normal school life to safeguard Kaname. However, enemy forces have already begun making their move, and Sousuke is about to find out that the adversary coming for the Whispered girl may be a lot more familiar than he expects.

Pennywise, An Anime?? Wouldn't it be Great!

Should Steven King's main character, Pennywise of "It', ever become an anime series, the best artist to do the fiendish clown justice is Mike Anderson (Mikuloctopus). Pennywise, who in the novel is described as a monstrous spider-like creature from space, lures children to their death, presumingly for food. He is one of the most scariest monster on print and on screen.

Anderson's rendering of Pennywise would be a welcome addition to the anime horror genre

In the small town of Pallet Town in the Kanto region, a brash 10-year old trainer named Ash Ketchum dreams of becoming a Pokémon Trainer to travel across the world and earn the title of "Pokémon Master". But when he is late to picking up his first Pokémon from the town's local Professor and ends up with an unruly Pikachu, his life as a Pokémon Trainer begins in a rather fun but challenging way as Ash must forge his bond with his new friend as well as discovering the secrets of the world they're living in.

As Ash begins to earn Pikachu's trust on the first day of their journey together, they witness the Legendary Pokémon Ho-Oh fly overhead, and pick up one of its feathers.
