Jujutsu Kaisen Anime Has a Debut Date

Hidden in plain sight, an age-old conflict rages on. Supernatural monsters known as "Curses" terrorize humanity from the shadows, and powerful humans known as "Jujutsu" sorcerers use mystical arts to exterminate them. When high school student Yuuji Itadori finds a dried-up finger of the legendary Curse Sukuna Ryoumen, he suddenly finds himself joining this bloody.

Attacked by a Curse attracted to the finger's power, Yuuji makes a reckless decision to protect himself, gaining the power to combat Curses in the process but also unwittingly unleashing the malicious Sukuna into the world once more. Though Yuuji can control and confine Sukuna to his own body, the Jujutsu world classifies Yuuji as a dangerous, high-level Curse who must be exterminated.

Detained and sentenced to death, Yuuji meets Satoru Gojou—a teacher at Jujutsu High School—who explains that despite his imminent execution, there is an alternative for him. Being a rare vessel to Sukuna, if Yuuji were to die, then Sukuna would perish too. Therefore, if Yuuji were to consume the many other remnants of Sukuna, then Yuuji's subsequent execution would truly eradicate the malicious demon. Taking up this chance to make the world safer and live his life for a little longer, Yuuji enrolls in Jujutsu High, jumping headfirst into a harsh and unforgiving battlefield.

An Article of Interest: COVID-19 Delays Moving Gundam Statue’s Debut

The Japanese anime industry is one of the best if not the best in the world, and today’s article on “COVID-19 Delays Moving Gundam Statue’s Debut” posted on Otaku USA shows how the imaginary become real.

Should this life-like Gundam statue actually move as fans are expecting, and I am not just talking about the arms up and down, but of taking a few baby steps for mankind without falling over, then the A1 community will have come a long way in the development of robot for further practical uses. After all, look at what the television series Star Trex did for NASA

The Blacklist Season 7 Finale Gets Animated Due to COVID-19 ... Huh?

The why of making the Blackist finale into an anime, COVID 19 or no COVID19 was beyond my understand. However, I have aged enough to where 'the why' and 'how come' of some things only creates headaches. So, this being said, enjoy the chip.

Set in a world where all of humanity lives on a giant moving fortress, this series follows the fight against a legion of treacherous kaiju!

Yuzuru Tachikawa, known for directing Death Parade and both seasons of Mob Psycho 100, is helming the series at animation studio Nut. Hiroshi Seko (Ajin, Inuyashiki) is writing the script.

Shinichi Kurita (Bokura wa Minna Kawai-sou) is designing the characters based on illustrator pomodorosa's character concept designs. Masahiro Tokuda (Juushinki Pandora) is composing the music.

Studio Nut produced its first anime project Youjo Senki (The Saga of Tanya the Evil) in 2017—an adaptation of Carlo Zen's fantasy military light novel of the same title. The studio also collaborated with Production I.G and Revoroot on FLCL Alternative last year.

‘Mouse Guard’ and Netflix

There are some speculations that the animated series ‘Mouse Guard’ based on an American bi-monthly comic book of the same and written by David Petersen will be next “Big Thing” in Netflix of original productions. That is if the deal with 20th Century Fox goes through.

‘Mouse Guard’ is about a fantasy adventure world of cloaked, sword-wielding mice who protect the common mouse against threats of predators, weather, and wilderness. Check out the intro video. I would certainly watch it should come to Netflix.

Mouse Guard’, the comic book currently contains several issues, which are the following:

Fall 1152
Winter 1152 every Guard may survive.
The Black Axe
The Weasel War of 1149
Legends of the Guard – Volume 1
Legends of the Guard – Volume 2
Legends of the Guard – Volume 3
Baldwin the Brave & Other Tales

Due to the Coronavirus Crisis some of the New issues of Manga, Animes Series and Live-Action Films debut dates features on the Widescreen Online Review websites are either rescheduled or closed down until further notice.
