Itachi Shinden, Sasuke Shinden's Older Brother Gets Anime Series

Itachi Shinden, a member of the evil group known as the Akatsuki has peaked enough interest that his story will be explored in-depth in his own anime series. Entitled Naruto Shippūden: Itachi Shinden-hen, the Naruto spin-off is sure to answer many questions about  Itachi that were raised in Naruto and Naruto Shippūden.  

In Naruto Shippuden Sasuke Shinden avenges the murder of his parents and his entire Uchiha clan by killing his older brother Itachi Shinden. 

It is a terrible and painful act for Sasuke and it is during 'The Fourth Shinobi World War' that he learns the truth about Itachi's life and his mission, both which were of great sacrifice. 

The spin-off anime Naruto Shippūden: Itachi Shinden-hen is scheduled to run on TV Tokyo this month. It will begin at the point that Itachi is four years old. The anime series is based on a two-part graphic novel by Takashi Yano and entitled Itachi Shinden: Kōmyō-hen (The True Legend of Itachi), and Itachi Shinden: Anya-hen (The True Legend of Itachi: Dark Night).
